This is a draft policy generated to fill a real gap on the site — it reflects how Table Tick actually works today, but it has not been reviewed by legal counsel. Have a lawyer review it against your specific business and local regulations before relying on it.

What we collect

When you order through Table Tick, we collect your phone number (verified by a one-time code) and the order details you submit — items, outlet, and seat or table code. If you use optional features like song requests, trivia, or dish feedback, we collect what you submit there too.

How we use it

To take and fulfil your order, and to let you check on its status.
To contact you about an order if something needs your attention.
To let the property (theatre, restaurant, or outlet) see order and engagement activity for its own service.

Payments

Table Tick does not process or store payments. When you pay, your UPI app sends payment directly to the outlet's own account — we never see or hold your card, bank, or UPI credentials.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies required for the site to work — for example, remembering your product view and keeping staff and admin accounts signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Third parties

Phone number verification is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google). We don't sell your data or share it with anyone beyond what's needed to run the service.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about your phone number, or ask us to delete it, by writing to code.devanshu@gmail.com.
