What Table Tick is

Table Tick is a technology platform that lets guests browse a menu and place orders from their seat or table, and lets properties and outlets manage and fulfil those orders. We provide the ordering system — the property and its outlets are responsible for the food, drinks, pricing, and service you receive.

Accounts

Staff and admin accounts are provisioned by us or by the property you work for. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use Table Tick to submit false orders, abuse the engagement features (song requests, trivia, feedback), or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

Payments

Guest orders are paid directly to the relevant outlet over UPI — Table Tick is not a party to that payment and does not hold guest funds. Subscription fees for using the platform are billed separately to the property, per the plan and commitment length they choose.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and responsive, but it is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted service. We're not liable for losses arising from downtime, printer or internet failures on the property's side, or issues with the guest's own UPI app or bank.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of Table Tick after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
